nVPN is a reputed VPN provider that has been around since the year 2010. The company has a presence in many countries and offers a range of VPN plans to cater to the needs of its customers. In this detailed nVPN Review, we will evaluate the most important features offered by the company and decide whether the service is worth subscribing.
Server Locations
nVPN has servers in 16 countries – United States (4 cities), Singapore, Hungary, Switzerland, Canada, Iceland, United Kingdom, Russia, Moldova, Poland, Netherlands, Serbia, Romania, Sweden, Turkey and Isle of Man. The wide choice of VPN server locations makes it easy to unlock location restricted content from the above 16 countries irrespective of your current location. For example, with a nVPN VPN plan you would be able to unlock HBO Go, BBC iPlayer, CTV, CBS, ABC, iTV Player, Pandora, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu, Lovefilm and Netflix simply by choosing an IP address from a country where the service is available. The service would also allow you to bypass every online restriction put in place by governments of countries like China, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Qatar. These countries are well known for their restrictive internet policies and even some well known sites like Skype, Facebook, Gmail, YouTube etc. are blocked over there.
Speed and Bandwidth
nVPN offers unlimited speed and unmetered bandwidth to its customers. The unlimited speeds would help you to download huge files, watch streaming movies and TV shows, FTP files, make VOIP calls and play online games without worrying about any kind of speed or bandwidth restrictions.
Privacy Management
nVPN does not store activity or IP logs. Further, the company uses very high encryption (1024 bit) to secure traffic passing through its networks. This makes it possible to carry out your online activities without leaving any kind of digital footprint. When you start using nVPN service, all your online activities like FTP, browsing, emailing, chatting etc. are completed secured and encrypted. Due to very high level of security available, nVPN allows you encrypt your Wi-Fi sessions and keep your personal data safe from hackers and snoopers.
Supported Systems
nVPN is available for Windows, Linux, Android and Mac based systems. Since the company delivers its service through OpenVPN protocol, it cannot be used directly on iOS devices like iPads and iPhones. However it is possible to use the service from jailbroken iOS devices. The nVPN configuration is quite simple and you can begin using the service within minutes of purchasing your VPN plan.
Depending on your plan, the company would assign you a shared or dedicated IP address. As the name suggests, shared IP addresses are shared among a bunch of customers whereas a dedicated IP address is assigned only to one customer at a time. The service also allows port forwarding which can be enabled by logging into your client area. The service also guarantees 100% uptime trough the automatic server switching mechanism which changes your default server to a server from another location in case your sever goes down for some reason.
Customer Support
nVPN offers support through a ticket based system and a dedicated forum. Make sure to check the forum posts and the dedicated knowledgebase section before your post your question to the support staff since a lot of common technical problems and connectivity issues are already discussed over there.
Pricing Options
nVPN offers affordable VPN plans to everyone. The shared IP plans start from $6 per month ($12 for 3 months, $20 for 6 months and $40 for a year). The dedicated IP plans are available from $8 per month ($17 for 3 months, $30 for 6 months and $60 per year). The company accepts a wide range of payment methods including Credit Cards, PayPal, Payza, Liberty Reserve, Paysafecard, MoneyBookers and BitCoins. The company will honor your refund request provided you make a refund claim within 3 days of joining and you are not able to use the service for some reason.
Final Verdict
Overall, nVPN delivers a robust VPN service. While the service does not support PPTP and L2TP protocols, it delivers exceptional speeds and security to its customers. So if you want to subscribe to a fast and dependable VPN service, check out the VPN plans from nVPN. For more information, please visit: www.Nvpn.net.

Don’t get me wrong, nvpn is a decent VPN but they discreetly log your connections. I have spoken with the owner many times & he let me take a look at the servers all in action. He may not be logging your activities but he know’s who was on at a certain time, therefor they have logs.
@Sam
Seems you’re from competition? I’m using nVPN for year without problem.
nVPN is the best VPN service out there!!!
Have been using these guys for 2 years and little more, i am from pakistan and many of my fellows are using it too due to their good payment methods and good service
never a complaint and from experience and my activities i can say i feel safe (something i couldnt really say about other VPN companies)
they are very reluctant when it comes to abuse complaints too, i like that attitude 🙂
also they have added squid + socks 5 recently maybe a nice addition to your article.
